Client: The Managing Authority of the Operational Programme `Technical Assistance`

The analysis tracks the effect of the implementation of the projects financed by the NIF, assesses the impact of the introduction of the developed innovative products/processes/services on the market, assesses the extent to which enterprises have the opportunity for independent investments in innovation processes and whether they would take such a risk without the availability of a financial support mechanism, as well as their interaction with the Fund’s administration.

Specialized trainings have been conducted to improve the qualifications of the Managing Authority’s employees, in particular to increase their competence and skills in implementation, monitoring, evaluation and financial management and control of the assistance under the programme. All employees have been trained according to their thematic expertise and to acquire management skills, time management, good working communication with beneficiaries, and behavior that meets the standards of the civil service.
