A wide range of data has been collected on the quality and adequacy of the studies conducted on the independence of the judiciary, using quantitative and qualitative methods. A large-scale survey has been conducted on citizens’ satisfaction with the judiciary and access to justice for citizens and businesses. The data has been used to draw up a model for assessing access to justice, a methodology for assessing the implementation of the CPC, CPC and APC, and a mechanism for assessing and monitoring the effectiveness, independence and transparency of the judicial system.

Training was provided to magistrates on the application of analytical tools.
