Complete functional analyses of various types of public institutions have been conducted, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Social Assistance Agency, the Military Clubs and Military Recreation Executive Agency, the Communications Regulation Commission, the Control and Technical Inspection and a number of municipal administrations. The functional analyses contain a review of the organizational and management model, an analysis of the current state of work processes and available methodologies, procedures and internal rules, identified priority areas and proposals for improvements, recommendations for organizational changes related to the organization of work processes, updated organizational regulations, an action plan, a roadmap for implementing the recommendations and including the proposals in the budget forecasts.
