Campaigns for promoting protection of intellectual property
Funded by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
STRATEGMA has developed and implemented a series of international information campaigns for youth to explain the nature and importance of intellectual property, its role for society and the risks associated with piracy and counterfeiting.
IP Join Campaign (2024) https://ipjoin.eu/ to combat the use of counterfeit goods, conducted among representatives of Generation Z in five countries – Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, France and Portugal. The communication approach includes online games, videos, vlogs and participation in youth events in each of the countries.
Campaign IP Why Not (2022) http://ipwhy.europe.bg/ to curb online piracy and promote the use of copyrighted content, conducted among young people in Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain and Estonia using innovative digital tools such as chatbots, interactive videos and an online platform with dynamic content.
Campaign IP: Why Should I be Bothered? (2020) http://ipwhy.europe.bg for copyright protection, conducted among young people in Bulgaria, Spain and Portugal. The campaign relied on social media challenges, visual infographics, educational videos and interactive games, instilling respect for the achievements of creators and innovators.
Make a Fantasy Come True Campaign (2018) http://imagination.gateway.bg informs students and teachers from secondary schools in Bulgaria about the benefits of copyright as a form of intellectual property.
