Client: Sofia Municipality

A concept for the housing policy of the Sofia Municipality has been developed through the generation and processing of a large amount of data, tailored to the specifics of the municipality, the architectural environment and the urban development plan. The concept defines the priorities and sequence of actions regarding the housing policy, addressing the most urgent reforms and housing needs and taking into account the acute financial deficits in the public sphere and households based on an analysis of the problems of the entire housing stock and the development of the entire municipality.

The concept contains an innovative set of realistically feasible and strategically sound ideas and creates the necessary conditions for developing a housing policy strategy and a program for its implementation.
