The assessment carried out in specific areas is intended to build the capacity of the Bulgarian unit of the European Employment Services Network and plan human resources development to increase the quality of communication activities at the national level, implement the objectives for the period, taking into account the model of the functioning of the Employment Agency and the increasing focus on results-oriented activities, increase the quality of services for EURES clients and contribute to achieving employment policy goals.
