The main focus is on the practical applicability of the proposals for improving the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For this purpose, an analysis of the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been carried out, a model for organizational optimization has been developed, proposals for improving the regulatory framework and internal regulations have been developed, and training has been provided for the implementation and management of the proposed actions for organizational optimization.
