The purpose of the project is organisational improvement of the system for formulation and implementation of the Science Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria, providing for an increase in capacity, effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the national policy in the area of science and scientific research.

Assessment of the situation and functional relations between the structures and institutions providing for the formulation and implementation of the scientific-development policy was made.
