Training is a significant part of the company activity and our experience in this respect embraces the overall process of training needs assessment, development of training programmes and curricula, tailored to specific user needs, selection of appropriate methods of presenting the learning content and knowledge, and securing the proper trainers and evaluation and follow-up.

As a learning organization STRATEGMA pursues innovations in the spheres of its activity. We believe them to be a driver of development and we have dedicated own research and investment in them. Part of the consultancy services provided by STRATEGMA are based on own innovative corporate products.

Integrated Consultancy Service for the Development of Public Organisations and SMEs

STRATEGMA Agency - own project
The project is being developed with the financial support of the Bulgarian Innovation Fund, contract No 6ИФ-02-8/ 15.12.2012 for project ИФ-00-06-63.

The project started as a formulated technology concept and is being developed in three phases:
  • Collection, classification and clustering of data – completed.
  • Analysis of the feasibility of the leading methods for OD in the Bulgarian environment and synthesis of methods for OD of public organizations and SMEs – completed.
  • Experimental approbation of the developed methods - the technology was validated in a relevant environment. It is being demonstrated in 5 SMEs and 5 public organisations at present.

The main sources of data in the preparation of the analysis are the primary weekly and daily data entered in the IS, http://grippe.gateway.bg/, covering the period from 2001 to the present.

Training of Organizational Units within the Ministry of Justice

Ministry of Justice
The overall objective of “Strengthening the Capacity of the Specialized Administration of the Minister of Justice Pursuant to its Powers under the Judiciary System Act, of the State Judicial Enforcement Officers and of the Judges of Entries” project is professionalism enhancement in the units, which perform functions in relation to the judiciary and support or are accountable to the Minister of Justice.

Training needs analysis of public servants in "Interaction with the judiciary and judicial staff” department, "Financial control of PEA and Statistics” department, and other servants of the Inspectorate of the Minister of Justice was provided.

Analysis of similar administrative structures in ministries responsible for justice in the EU Member States was conducted.

Working visit to France for Inspectorate’s servants for experience exchange and improvement of their skills and qualifications was organized.
