The company provides specialised consulting services to public and private organizations, including civil sector organizations in Bulgaria and abroad, engaging in technical assistance for institution building and capacity strengthening; organisation of conferences, workshops, training courses; and in the preparation of commissioned reports and specialised studies, information and communications campaigns. The main international clients of Strategma include the European Commission, UNDP, UNODC, International Labour Organization, World Health Organization and the World Bank. In Bulgaria Strategma successfully works with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Transport; Ministry of Economy and Energy, the Institute for Public Administration and European Integration, as well as numerous municipalities.
During the completed programming period STRATEGMA implemented numerous projects in the framework of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity, cofinanced by the European Structural Funds and accumulated solid experience in the collaboration with public institutions for pursuing a reform in the public administration.
